Over the last week or so the bones in my wrists and my ankles have been hurting, at one point, I was getting a numb feeling in these joints quite frequently, however that seems to have stopped, and now my bones in my hands feet and neck all seem to be aching all of the time and i've become really weak, sometimes it's even difficult to have a shower because it hurts. I know this sounds like arthritis, however my doctor has already run a heap of blood tests for arthritis and the like, which all came back negative. I was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem, or might have any idea about what it could be?

Not ALL forms of Arthritis will show on a blood test. The ones that are autoimmune will and after that you need to see if their is any inflammation going on. The sudden weakness is more of a worry, seems to have come on suddenly? I would return to the Doctor and explain the sudden onset weakness, just in case we have another condition outside of Arthritis or Fibro.

From your description this sounds like Fibromyalgia. Especially the sudden weakness, that's the way Fibromyalgia always begins. I have written an article that explains everything about this condition and what you can do to help yourself at home. It's far too big an article to place here, so I've enclosed the link where you can read it.

After you have read this go to your medical doctor and ask him to do a examination of your trigger point areas. That is how they diagnose Fibromyalgia.

If you have any further questions please let me know,

Lack in Calcium? Drink lots of milk. Women especially need it. Exercise more too. It will strengthen your muscles and support your bones better.

I feel like that when it's going to rain, or when the weather is damp.
I take a liquid glucosamine supplement that really addresses the pain & inflammation of swollen joints.
Here's the link; I hope it helps...
