Sure you can, but you sound very young to be letting boys do that. You don't have to let them do that just to make them like you. They have plenty to do with their own private parts while they are alone, so there is NO REASON for them to lie to you and tell you that they HAVE to play with yours.

It's possible to have an Orgasm many ways. Some people have Orgasms with no physical contact at all.
