well, one of my sisters wants to begin running regularly, maybe 2-3 times a week to get into shape. the only thing is that she's a 34C, but she thinks that if she begins running, that she'll lose the body weight and body fat and her breasts will become smaller. she's starting to get a little paranoid about this because if that happens, her figure will completely be off. can someone just tell me something about this? like, is it true that if she were to begin running a lot that her breasts would become smaller or anything like that? thank you ladies.

I've finally gotten over doubting reality, mostly. I have my moments, but it's pretty much under control.

However, now I can't stop thinking about dying. Not being dead -I don't know if there's anything after, I don't think there's a way to know, and I don't really care right now- but the actual process of dying.

Hoping I'll just die in my sleep, so I won't have to feel myself shutting down and deal with the godawful knowledge that I am going to stop being. I will simply stop. I wasn't, I was, I won't be.

Normally I deal with it in the way I imagine most people deal with it: I don't completely accept it as real, or really think about it.

I have enough problems as it is with my reality instability and would really like to get over this.

My parents are going through a divorce and it's bad and i'm stuck in the middle.

-I feel sad all the time
-I want to cry
-I feel numb to everything
-My friends aren't really there for me and it sucks alot

If someone has alcoholism, can they be given a second diagnosis of depression? Or is it generally assumed that the alcohol causes the depression?

I'm leaning towards two separate diagnoses, because they depression seems to have run in the family, alcoholism not so much.

(I'm not actually diagnosing someone...it's for a project... XD If I were a doctor I'd hope I wouldn't' have to come on Yahoo Answers for these kinds of questions...)

Let's say I was giving a diagnosis for a psychological disorder... Would saying:

"He suffers from alcohol abuse "

be correct?

The dentist always has a very difficult time numbing me for dental work. Yesterday when I had my top wisdom teeth pulled, he had trouble getting the bottom 2 out because he had to numb me 8 times and I could still feel it. He referred me to an oral surgeon who could put me under general anesthegia. My question is; Is it possible to feel pain while under general anesthesia? If so; could I be awaken during the removal of the bottom teeth from the pain?

I was diagnosed with minor Arthritis a few months ago. My doctor did not give me any medications or creams for it because it's minor and was not painful. However, in the past few days, my right hands middle and ring finger have been swollen and hurt a lot, infact i am avoiding to use those fingers as i'm typing right now. I did not injure them, so is it because of the Arthritis? I'm going to see my doctor soon, but i wanted to know what's wrong and what to do in the meanwhile. Thanks.

...runny nose, irritated throat, and some throat and chest congestion. Tonight, I continue to have the runny nose, headache, cough and am coughing up mucus. Any idea what this could be and why/how it came on so suddenly? It really hit me out of nowhere today and made me feel awful so fast.

How long does it take to heal or start hearing good again?Anyone have this happen to them too? How did it feel and how long did it take to heal. Lately, I've been feeling more down and quiet than I usually am. And even then, I'll be pretty upbeat with my friends. Though, recently I've been just quiet and things. I'm dealing with normal problems any teenager would; sleep deprivation, self-esteem, stress, heart-aches,etc. I just don't know how to organize it . I feel like I'll break down at any moment. My life seems normal enough, but I'm aware of when I feel really sad or depressed, but I don't do anything to make it better. Is this just regular stress and hormones or is it really depression?

im a new vegetrian, i tried to start eating healthy because that jus goes hand and hand with being a vegetarian. but i i cant its hard, so now im a vegetarian that eats every thing else but meat. candy, chips, you name it every thing thats fat! i dont know how to eat health. what im eating is what i was raised on. to me eating healthy is eating a salad and vegetables out of a can. can some one help me?

Hi, I'm 13 and weigh 135lbs.
