I am wondering if they contain a lot of Creatine or any other harmful substance that are bad for my muscles

The thing with any smoothies is that they are good for you COMPARATIVELY. Smoothies are suppose to be a substitute for lunch, not as the beverage added to lunch. You should never order a jumbo size like a 32 oz smoothie. That is just packing on calories and can often be more than a Big Mac with cheese.

The Gladiator from what I found online has less than 200 calories. If you use a smoothie as a dessert to tide you over when you normally would reach for a triple chocolate brownie, or if you have a smoothie as lunch to get in your daily fruits than yes it is very good for you. Of course--that depends on if Smoothie King actually uses real fruit in them at all. Some places just use fruit flavoring or a fruit powder. If that is the case, you cannot count that as a fruit serving at all.

As far as the substances in them, that all depends on what you are adding to it but no nothing that would be harmful to your muscles is among the products usually listed.

I haven't ever worked at a smoothie place, but I do know most of the time they're supplied with flavored syrups to add to their smoothies to make them taste better than just plain fruit and yogurt. If that's the case at Smoothie King, then it might be pretty hard to replicate those flavors at home. If I were you I'd just buy a bunch of frozen fruits, juices, flavors of yogurt etc. and experiment until you find a taste you like. I like frozen strawberries, vanilla yogurt, some soy milk or orange juice and a fresh banana... and then I throw a little sugar in there to make it sweeter. Good luck!
