Hi, I'm 13 and weigh 135lbs. Currently I wear a size 9 or 11 but I want to get this down to a size 3 or 5 (or actually, a children's 16 or 16 skinny, I'm tall) as soon as possible (like by next school year!!) I need help! How much do I have to lose (in pounds and inches)? What diet or exercize too? Serious answers please! Thanks!

Sorry, i forgot, my mesurements are like 28 waist and 33-34 hip. I'm 5'3"

um, just remembered, my biggest problem is my theighs and butt. I was trying on the size 16 ones but after it got to my theighs it would just not move! I hope you understand what kind of prediciment I'm in... need to lose inches I'm guessing.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

I was in the exact same situation as you. all i did is EAT LESS and DO EXERCISE ... that is the KEY to loosing weight.. i tried EVERYTHING ELSE and NOTHING worked for me.. except the exercising. I run 20 minutes per day 5 days a week.. since a while now.. and it's been working. It might sound kinda boring, but trust me.. just listen to some music or something that is going to pump you up and the more and more you do it .. the funner it gets. When you are willing to give up.. think about all the hot guys who are going to look at you everywhere you go because of youre sexy body.. Dont try to find some "magic way".. with a pill or those creams that you rub all over yourself.. it doesn'T work.. trust me.. exercising is the best thing to do... also, for the diet... eat a good breakfast... complete lunch (not too much) and for supper try to eat only fruits and veggies. this might sound really horrible too.. but after a while, you get used to it. Also, it takes 20 minutes for your brain to realize that youre stomach is full... so you can, eat half the portions you used to eat and drink water for 20 minutes... and then you'll be fine. You'll suffer for a few days but at the end, youll get used to it ;) hope this helped :)

eat 6- 7 tiny meals a day instead of 3 big ones.

make sure you take the stairs instead of the elevator also walking 20 minutes a day helps a lot
don't cut yourself off from the foods u love but just eat smaller portions, runnung is probably the best exercise cause it uses almost all the musle in your body, don't eat until your stuffed, don't add dressing to your salad, stay away from soda its all chemicals, never skip breakfast or you'll b so hungry that u eat too much later also do like 200 jumping jacks a day and stay away from those super large soda drink cause those have over 1000 calories not joking and also make sure you drink plenty of milk to keep your bones strong otherwise you could easily break a bone while working out ! I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

i'm the comparable age and height yet I weigh one 0 one pounds and in good condition right into a 14, each each now and then 12. Since you are only 13 all you have to do is join the track team or the soccer team.

If you are tall (you do not say how tall) you are probably small. Don't obsess too much about sizes right now - rather be as healthy as possible, run a few miles every day and you will be fine.

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise

i lost 15lbs in 5 days

1)jogging every morning (haw far? depends on your stamina)
2)tae bo 5 times a week (1hr)
3)hot yoga twice a week (1hr 30mins - to strech and relax your muscles from tae bo and jogging)

eat healthy and drink at least 80 ounces of water a day.

eating jalapenos and taking 3 table spoons of apple cider vinegar will boost your metabolism!

-i feel toned and really healthy =)
trust me, this WILL work!
