I was diagnosed with minor Arthritis a few months ago. My doctor did not give me any medications or creams for it because it's minor and was not painful. However, in the past few days, my right hands middle and ring finger have been swollen and hurt a lot, infact i am avoiding to use those fingers as i'm typing right now. I did not injure them, so is it because of the Arthritis? I'm going to see my doctor soon, but i wanted to know what's wrong and what to do in the meanwhile. Thanks.

You may have jammed the fingers somehow which would cause them to swell up and hurt till they are fixed. First thing to try is take each finger and try and pull them like you are trying to pull them out of the socket (meaning away from the hand. If you feel a popping feeling or hear a popping sound and the pain stops or gets much better once that has occured then it means it was out of joint.

If this does not help and you know for a fact you did not hurt them, then it could be arthritis. Try taking some advil, ibuprofen or aleve. Some kind of anti-inflamatory.

Good luck and I hope you figure out what is causing the pain so that you can be pain free again.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

You did not say what type of Arthritis, says she who is typing this with left ring finger and right second finger. If I counted the number of time I saw my Doc with swollen digits only to be told I 'must' have knocked them, yet no bruising, I would be a millionaire. This sounds all too familiar to me and reckon your minor Arthritis is now progressing. Get to the Doc PDQ!

Take glucosamine and chondroitin. I take Dr. Theo's Avosoy Complete because it has the glucosamine and chondroitin, plus it has ASU - and avocado/soybean combination that acts as an anti-inflammatory.
