Yes, I am breastfeeding :) I know it's the best way to lose the weight. I'm 7 month post partum. I lost 27 pounds in the first 2 months and then just STOPPED. It was going so quick and I was so excited because I was losing it so fast. But I've hit a wall now and still need to lose 10 pounds, preferable 10-15 but at least 10.
Right now I'm eating pretty much whatever I want and whenever I want because I've been worried about not eating enough, or not eating the right things...so I've pretty much been including EVERYTHING in my diet (including junk food, though I know I don't need that, lol).
Can anyone give me a day by day, weeks or months worth, of a diet fit for a breastfeeding mom? I'm 5'3" and about 125 lbs at the moment. The right calory intake would help me too. I don't get much exercise, in case you needed to know that. My daughter has allergies so I don't get outside much.
Thanks!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

You've already answered your question in three simple phrases:
You should get outside more. If it's a matter of seasonal allergies, check with the pediatrician to see if there isn't anything you can do to help your daughter out. She needs to be out in the sunshine, too.
Exercise is a big thing that you need to be focusing on as well. I'm starting to suffer the effects of not being allowed to be as active as I had been before (it took 6 months of near-inactivity compared to pre-pregnancy to kick my butt). Keep in mind, however, that exercising might add on weight, but in a good way. In this case you should focus on losing inches, not pounds.
Also, start eating healthy. You are still eating for you and the baby and any -JUNK- you eat will get passed on to her. This could also help improve her allergies since eating a healthier diet will boost your immune system which is passed on to her. Talk to your doctor (and her pediatrician) about starting a healthy diet that is less focused on weight loss but instead looks at eating healthy (I recommend the South Beach diet, but skip phase 1). Once you start eating healthier you will find it's easier to lose the weight you want to get rid of.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

Congrats on your toddler! first of all all nonetheless are you breastfeeding? that's in all probability the final way and that's how nature meant it to be. Being a "dairy queen" makes use of up plenty skill you will finally end up hungry for all time consume lots not benefit any weight and your toddler would be in good shape. I breastfed my toddler excluxisively for 3 months and that i lost all the burden mutually as nonetheless ingesting the in the process being pregnant parts plus the treats. in case you're actually not breatfeeding then the conventional factor will artwork: cut back down the energy, exercising and you gets there. Swimming is nice.

Hi as you only have a few lbs to lose, can you go for walks?
If you can't take the baby, is there someone who can watch her for you to take an anytime of day walk for 30 minutes 3x a week?
Maybe just eat as healthy as you can stand too until you get your weight back.
Or if its feasible to purchase a treadmill? That way you can exercise indoors.
