There is no "easy" way to lose weight. You have to watch your portion size and consume 8 glasses of water a day and exercise at least 3 days a week. If you eat 6 small meals a day, it keeps your metabolism up and you will burn more calories. Also building lean muscle will help burn fat.

I had really good luck in the past with phentermine but my doctor won't prescribe it for me (I had to drive to another state to get it). Unless you're morbidly obese I think a doctor would only recommend surgery as a last resort.
