Or is this hernia? Its lower on my leg than my abdomen, about the area where my penis begins, but on my leg. It's sore, about 1X1". I had an intense game of soccer plus i've been active latley. It's been 2 days no activity, still just as, or more sore than tuesday.

It's slightly sore higher up towards the abdomen, but this may be inflamation of the muscle or maybe my subconcious worrieng. It doesnt hurt to cough or anything..or lift.. it hurts when i walk, as if it is stretching out...

What is this?

you DO NOT have a hernia lol.

It sounds to me like you just pulled your groin muscle while playing soccer

Try doing quad and leg strectches before and after every game, and untill ur groin heals I recommend stretching it daily

I strained my groin muscle, typical football injury although I do not play football. I needed to rest, as in keep off the leg for about three-four days. Use heat or cold packs, keep the leg elevated. When the time is right, try a support around the top of the thigh to start with but no exercise and little walking. It is painful and a slow healing process.

Sounds like a groin pull. They can look downright scary. I would suggest you take some anti-inflammatory medication and rest it the best you can. You may need to wear one of those support shorts that keep that area tight and compressed. You'll need to give yourself plenty of time to get better from this. Wrapping it can also help relieve the pain.

you may (that is a biig may) have hemeroids(sp). See a doctor
