Use a tampon. A regular size tampon should last you at least 3 hours, and you can just go to the bathroom and change it. When you put on your swimsuit, just tuck the string into your bikini bottom.

Have fun at the beach! I hope I helped!

Just wear a tampon. You can still swim. Make sure you put a new one in before you swim, and change it as soon as you are done. If you don't change it immediately afterward, it might leak a little. Bring a few spares too.

You life doesn't have to stop for you period. Have fun.

particular, you will positioned on a tampon and would desire to or you will bleed throughout and a pad won't artwork the two. particular, exchange it a minimum of each and every six hours as bacteria can immediately reproduce and probably make you very ill. In my journey, no water has gotten into the tampon. have relaxing. God bless and robust success

Just wear a tampon. Works for me all the time! Acutally... I prefer them over pads ANY day! Otherwise there is nothing you can do, but hope your period goes away.
