I've tried the patch and the gum. Problem with that was, I'd have a cigarette in my hand, the patch on my arm, and the gum in my mouth. I was better off with just the cigarette.

Are there alternative methods to quitting? Im thinking the cravings are more psychological than physical. I really want to quit though! Please help!

I touched the web of a live black widow spider yesterday and within 30 minutes had all the symptoms of being bitten (nausea, profuse perspiration, dizziness, faintness, tightening of the chest, hands and arms itching like crazy, rash spreading all over, lips swelling)...ended up at urgent care getting steroid shots. I never touched the spider though...I've never had this happen before - seems a little coincidental for it to not have something to do with the web...

I have been coughing persistently for about 3 months now and its not stopping. In most cases mucus comes up when I cough. I went to go see a doctor about 2 weeks ago and had a chest x-ray done. The x-ray came out good and she said i was in good shape. She prescribed me some antibiotics which ive gone through and they didnt really help. Im 17 years old and i dont smoke. Do i have chronic bronchitis?

I have sores popping up all over my body, indiscriminate places, not a rash..itch like crazy when they first come on then stay like an open wound for a while, then they get scabby on the sides but don't start healing in the middle for a while, can't stop itching at night, in sleep... when they finally heal, takes a long time, they end up with like a black or dark brown scab. also, have several fissures on my hands. please don't suggest the doctor thing, dont have insurance yet..thanks in advance

I have chemical sensitivity,(I have even been hospitalized due to an allergic reaction to paint fumes) so MCS IS REAL ! basically I cannot walk into the standard dental office without reacting to the air freshners,or the carpet,or peoples perfumes,or the smell of the flouridated water,or toothpastes.I wanted to say some money since I had no insurance,so I went to a doctor giving a promotional deal 20 mins after sitting in the office,i was turning white,had a hard time breathing,got nauseated and sick to my stomach,so I had to leave with the secretary asking me if I was gonna be okay.I found a dentist who has a scent free policy and uses mercury free methods and other things,but he is very expensive 280.00 per filling because they are the white fillings,im paying out of pocket,what should I do????

She gets strep throat on average once a month. She goes to the doc. gets the antibiotics and it goes away. but, then it comes back. When she was 2 she had strep of the skin. Could they be related? and how can we stop the re-accurances? Thanks

I've got alot of things going on, and i mean alot and its stressing me out to no end. I find it that the stress becomes easier to manage when i dont eat. Dont judge me, i just feel like at least i can do something right. My dad has threatened to send me to an eating disorders clinic if i ever get one but i dont have one ,i just dont want to eat.
