I have a friend who wants to move to Arizona because she believes that her asthema will go away if she does, can anyone who has moved there for that reason weigh in on the subject and let me know how that holds up?

I had bitten my nails for well over 25 years and was able to quit for almost 7 months. Well, my husband and I just quit smoking and I have been bitting like crazy today. My long nails are totally gone. Does anyone have any tips to help me get my nails back?? Please don't say light a cigarette. I need some serious advice. We have been on the patch for almost 24 hours. Will my nail bitting stop once my cravings for a smoke go away??

I got 4 stitches in my forehead this past Monday (3-19) and the nurse said they should come out in 5-7 days. Today is day 5 and the stitches are sore and feel like they're pulling. It's not infected or anything like that, so that's not it. Should they come out today or should I wait until 2morrow or Monday?

I cut my calorie intake to under 1000 and run 3 hours a day.

My goal is to lose 50 pounds in a month..... is this possible if I keep doing what I'm doing? I need to lose this weight no matter what.... afterwards I can become a fat pig again. LoL

i am on a diet and have been for 2 moths. i lost lots of weight. i didnt eat fatty food. ate vegies ect.. but today i ate LOTS of fatty food.and my stomach feels bloated. what shall i do?

I am 27 years old and am very regular. I have never been more than 4 days late. I am not stressed out at all.
My breast are sore off and on all day but all the pregnancy test are negatiave and my period still hasn't come.
My last period was on January 23.
What could be wrong with me???
I have a doctors appt. next week to get some blood work done.

ok tuesday I noticed I had a headache but it was different because it ws located in the middle of my head on the right side, so I took a pain reliever and went to sleep when I woke up the headache was gone but my head still felt funny as if something was pushing against my head it has been feeling like that off and on everyday since tuesday sometimes the feeling is behind one of my eyes sometimes its on my temple my neck also hurts a little on the right side, and myback upper tooth on the left side hurts as well sometimes my stomach feels kinda queesy also. I am not and have not felt any unbearable pain, but it is still weird. Could anyone tell me what this might be? thanks in advance.

i have been on a diet for months!............i lost lots of weight. stopped all my fatty food. but today my mum cooked for my whole family who got together. and i ate lots!!.......in like 3 moths i havent eaten so much. i ate lots of fatty food. IN LIKE 3 months. i cant even move now. but will i get fat, jus becoz of that 1 big meal i had in 3 months??.............ill oviously do exercise!........should i starve myself for the next whole week to loose the weight i probly gained today?

My dentist, while glue was setting and tried to interest me in jewelry and a watch for my wife, all of them embedded or crusted with bleached pearly human teeth (instead of real pearl or diamonds), it felt really strange and they looked cheap not even real gold. He also tried to sell baby toys, a mobile which obviously not safe for kids, etc. and then candy and sodas at a price much more expensive than CostCo but obviously from Costco. Just wondering what you think.

alright, So im on the right path ive been smoking weed for afew years now and ever since im starting to feel worste and worste about myself. I do think it is the weed because i am generally happy and havent had any serious thoughts about suicide just kinda like a slight depression latley. My one and loving Brother once told me that alot of my Headaches.....can be....Prevented if I would just 'Drink Lots More Liquids'.
He told me the Partial Dehydration will cause most typical Headaches.

*Is this really true ?*

Don't get me wrong now. I Trust my wise Brother of mine what he said.

We just had a huge workout run in track, and my calves are really tight and painful right now. I'm having trouble walking. This really puzzles me, as I'm in really good shape. I stretched before and after the exercise, and also before I went to bed, and it still hurts like something horrible when I walk. No matter how much I stretch it now, it still hurts. help?
