My dentist, while glue was setting and tried to interest me in jewelry and a watch for my wife, all of them embedded or crusted with bleached pearly human teeth (instead of real pearl or diamonds), it felt really strange and they looked cheap not even real gold. He also tried to sell baby toys, a mobile which obviously not safe for kids, etc. and then candy and sodas at a price much more expensive than CostCo but obviously from Costco. Just wondering what you think.

Yea that is tacky.

But I would call your regulating body of Dentists in your country to at least tell them because of the teeth jewelery.

They can decide what to do--meanwhile find a new dentist!

This is the strangest thing I've heard today. Not even Google has much on human teeth jewelry. I think you should go back and take pics for us.

This is the weirdest thing I have ever heard.
But I would be nervous too, switch dentist
and alert the American Dental Association.
Let them know and I am sure that they would
appreciate the tip.

That is totally unprofessional. I would report it to the ADA and find another dentist. Could he need money for a drug habit? Very strange.

No way!! I can't believe it! What a greedy little so and so! You wanna make sure he's not just drilling your teeth for money!

I think I would have thrown up if he'd have shown me watches with teeth in...YUK!

I think I'd have to report him.

That is really bizarre. Are you sure you were seeing a real dentist? He wasn't running his office out of his garage was he?
