We just had a huge workout run in track, and my calves are really tight and painful right now. I'm having trouble walking. This really puzzles me, as I'm in really good shape. I stretched before and after the exercise, and also before I went to bed, and it still hurts like something horrible when I walk. No matter how much I stretch it now, it still hurts. help?

dude i take the team very seriously. i took yesterday off because i could barely move. You try running 6 miles, then hill exercises, and 12 200m sprints at once on the second practice.

it's normal, drink a lot of water and rest your legs to help with the muscle restoration process your body is going through right now.

Calves can be separated shortly after birth and hand fed so the cow can become a dairy cow. The calf is either sold for beef or dairy soon after birth or later on, or they can be integrated into the herd to a beef or dairy cow after the mother cow has weaned it naturally. It depends on the value of the animal to the person raising it. The most humane way is to allow the calf and cow to bond naturally and follow natures course when it's time for the cow to quit feeding the calf. Some operations see more value in a cow that can produce milk right away. Some see more value in healthy animals. Veal calve are raised from the start to be veal - killed for their meat within months after birth. I am not a vegetarian, but cannot bring myself to eat veal.

This could be PAD (peripheral arterial disease) clots and cholesterol in the legs arteries. It can be dangerous and should be looked at. It could also be associated with back nerves and disc damage from running like a bulging disc.

soak a cloth in apple cider vinegar and wrap around your legs, elevate them, massage with the cloth on them. do this for 20 minutes on, then not for 20 minutes, then do a few more times..
good luck
