i am on a diet and have been for 2 moths. i lost lots of weight. i didnt eat fatty food. ate vegies ect.. but today i ate LOTS of fatty food.and my stomach feels bloated. what shall i do?
will i get fat becoz of this one lunch meal?.........how much exercise will i hav to exercise to make sre i dnt add fat? show i starve myself?

Don't beat yourself up, I did the same thing yesterday. I binged, gained 2 pounds. To ease the bloating eat fresh pineapple, the enzymes will aid your digestion and for the next two days or as much as you want too, drink 8-10 glasses of water with 1/2 a lemon, it will aid your liver to eliminate the bad stuff. This should be the first thing in the morning, get up and drink a glass of water with the lemon, it will get your juices flowing amd your liver will be jumping for joy.

Because you have been eating less on your diet your stomach has shrunk, you are also less tolerant of fatty foods. Therefore you feel bloated and full. This is good news for the future because you will feel satisfied with smaller portions.

For immediate relief try going to the lavatory, this should get everything moving.

Dont starve yourself try not to worry about it it wont make you fat
By morning you will be fine
if you start thing like that when ever you eat you will have a eating disorder

well lay on your right side - this will make your stomach empty faster, dont excercie when full, wait till tomorrow and then go power walk or something! u sud be ok the hard part will be maing sure ur not tempted go back ur junk diet!
