This winter was really dry. Especially if you live where winter is really winter. The best thing to do is when you get out of the shower, instead of rubbing the towel on your body, try patting your body dry. And, You might want to use a different type of soap. Maybe like a Dove with moisturizer? And use lotion. I use Swiss Formula but Vaseline works just as well. I hope this helps you out. Take care!

Instead of putting everything on your skin, try to add 2 tablespoon of Olive Oil to your diet. If you can stomach it, dip a slice of bread in it and eat it like that. You can also smear Olive Oil straight on your skin, while your still in the shower before you dry off. Try to find Bag Balm in your drug store, it's the best and most natural cream. It's rich and you need only a little. They use it for the udders of the cows to keep them smooth. Ombra makes one that smells really good for human usage. Shania Twain uses it and swears by it. So do I.
