i plan on eating healthy someone give me a good guess, i will be going for 4 days a week

depending on hieght though, but you should set a goal of 2-3 pounds a week. good luck and stay determined!

If you cut out most of your salt and sugar intake and go easy on the cheese and drink 10 glasses of water with a 1/2 a lemon squeeze you should be able to lose 30 to 40 pounds in 3 months. Trust me, I did it and lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks.
Use a lot of garlic and herbs because getting rid of the salt was a pain for me. But I also lowered my blood pressure from
158 to 130 in 2 weeks. Which my doctor thinks its absolutely wonderful.
