I cut my calorie intake to under 1000 and run 3 hours a day.

My goal is to lose 50 pounds in a month..... is this possible if I keep doing what I'm doing? I need to lose this weight no matter what.... afterwards I can become a fat pig again. LoL

Oh my. That is not healthy. You are starving your body and your metablolism is going to retaliate. What is happening in a month that you have to lose 50 pounds for??? Nothing is more important than your health. It is healthy to lose 2-3 pounds per week.

OMG i wish i could lose 20 pounds in 4 days..it would only take me 8 days to lose the weight i want..geesh! umm 20 pounds is a lot to lose in 4 days so im thinking its a little dangerous or really dangerous. it doesnt sound safe but if all ur doing is the running and calorie intake thing (and no pills) then i guess its ok. dang..ur lucky

This could be dangerous. yeah!
If you lose 50 lbs in one month, you could very well cause harm to your body. Then afterwards you are going to gain all the weight back.

well i dont know thats alot of weight to lose in such a short amount of time but considering your still eating you just cut calories back and your exercising i really cant see a problem with it. id perhaps ask your doctor or something to validate that though, just incase.

its physically impossible...even if you ate and drank nothing for 4 days and exercised 24 hours a day you could only lose a pound a day and even that would be water weight.

How did you do that??? I'm looking to lose weight that would be ideal for me 3 days!!!! wow. Oh to answer your ques. I'm not sure but obviously not to concerned for myself if that's what I am looking to do

its very dangerous plus once you start eating how you use to you will gain the weight back

a 10 loss in a month is good, you are going to kill yourself, well maybe thats an overstatement but what you are doing is not good for your health and no one is worth that. :o)

Its kind of fast, to loose that much. but it really depends on your age, sex, hight. you should ask a doctor about this diet and exercise routine.
