I only took 1 shot of Depo Provera, I chose to stop it because I dislike the side effects, My shot was due about 2 weeks ago, I want to start the nuva ring but I don't have a period and I know it might take a while until I get one, when can I start Nuva Ring? I have 1 ring, should I just start it and use back up for a week? Also, I just got some cramping, and mild spotting, ugh..... I dunno.... I'm going to planned parenthood tuesday. Its just bugging me :-)

i have a very very painful back ache but i am only 14.. i keep cracking my back so as to relieve the pain.. most ppl said cracking my back is nt good,is it true? how do i solve this problem.. my neck is also very stiff and i keep cracking it.. can someone tell me what to do other than going for medical check-ups,etc etc.. my back really hurts everytime i do my homework or bend down!!

I noticed that I eat healthily when there are healthy options, which is any time that's not at home (food at my home = fatty food). I will soon go away to college, and am planning to stay on the healthy track, but the only healthy things of which I know and which I try to incorporate into my diet are salad-leaves salads, oranges, and yogurts. Those things are usually "in-between" or "additionals" to my main course meals, but what are some real meal options for healthy dieting? My main course meals usually consist of meat and an additional thing, such as rice, potatoes, or pasta, and I also really like soup.
So, what are some components of a main course meal that are healthy? I would really rather eat vegetables that are raw instead of cooked, but am open to suggestions on those as well.

I have suffered from PTSS for 10 years and I have difficulty dealing with stress, panic disorder and everyday problems (according to my DR.) Today she told me that i need to remember the happy things in life. If I could do that then I would. I feel that today after seeing her that my life is not mine...unsure.

Stop you from growing? Like your height. Because i've been bench pressing since i was 14 and im 17 now and i've been the same height ever since. Could this be why im not growing anymore? I stopped doing squats this year i did them since my freshman year in highschool (i was in football). Maybe that could be why too?

two days ago i recieved a dental bone graft, they used cadaver bone, oral surgeon said it was from university of miami, it is mineralized freeze dried bone, and i am wondering how commonly this is used, and if any risk of infection..very scared about hiv, or hep?? aslo he placed a membrane over which fell out as he said it would, i cant reach him and wonder did membrane come from cadavear or is synthetic????

My doctor says I developed an allergy and now have come up to have asmtha from it which I never had before and my doctor is thinking about me needing an inhaler occasionally. How does it work, it feels like my lungs are filled with phlgm and won't come out?

This morning when my daughter woke up she was crying and saying her neck hurt and she couldn't move. She would not sit up or stand/walk the entire day; when I felt her neck, I found a medium size lump on the right side of her neck, which is where she said most of her pain was. As far as I know she did nothing to strain herself, does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be causing the lump and the pain? I am worried it might be something serious, but am not sure. She has no fever and other than allergies is a pretty healthy kid. Thanks!

My face is extremely hot and I have pressure on my forehead, but it's not exactly a headache. My stomach feels weird and I lost my hunger.
Also I cannot hear well out of my left ear, it feels like there is some type of air bubble in it. It's been like this for a few days.

Me and my husband would like to eat healthier portions. We don't eat fast foods or any junk food, it's just that we eat big portions. I'm sleder, I don't need a diet (I don't believe in diets, you have to eat everything that's in the food pyramid but smaller portions, we do need to eat some sweets and fat.), my husband is over 6 feet tall and over 200lbs, he's built like a fridge (haha) and all the fat he's got is in his belly, like a beer belly. From the back he looks like a body builder but from the front looks like he loves my food. Anyway, where could I find online how to calculate portions or servings by our weight, and height? Allright, so here it is. I get down with my gf, ya know how it usually goes. Everything goes well. Until i actually take my tool outa there. I see that there's a little ball of blood (under the skin ) under my penis. Wat The Hell? Apparently i might have went too strong at first, and she was dry. Lets just say im concerned. It seems tissues have been stressed and broke, but it doesnt hurt, its just there...its been 2-3 days and the blood "ball" is smaller but the "color" has spread a bit...i asked a doc he said it wasnt a bad injury..very weird...anyone had that?

I think (hope) I have a 24 hour bug, causing me to vomit all day. I'm taking zofran and it's helping with the vomiting but I still get a little nauseated. But now I'm so hungry. I've have a few crackers around an hour ago but I'm still starving. I don't like chicken noodle soup either, are there any other suggestions?

I have some fudgesicles that I'm kind of craving, do you think that would mess up my stomach?

I was with my partner, no protection (yes, I'm a fool) and the next day I noticed a bump down there on the outside skin. I went to see a doctor and she said it looked like an ingrown hair, and we did tests anyway.

A week later I was with my partner again, and once again the day after I found another bump, but this bump is on the inside of the folds down there.

I am so scared, I am going to go see the doctor for the second bump, I dont shave where the second bump was found. And why is it these bumps appeared the day after we were together?

The first bump now is kind of crusted, and I dont think any fluid came out of it. The newest bump is tiny and kind of hard to see, but its on the inside of the folds. It kind of tingles, like itchy. I am so scared, I have only ever been with 2 men, and my partner is the only man Ive been with for the past 2 years. Im scared he has given me something.

1st. of all i sometimes get heart arrythmias where my heart goes crazy 220 bpm( nothing to do with panic)
i've never been on medication like this before.
but this panic and panic attack anxiety thing is driving me crazy. so the doctor prescribed me Ratio- Citalopram
i should take one before i go to bed.
im not sure if i should.. Is it safe to take?
im only 15, i dont want to make anything worse and i dont want to get addicted.
You have to take Citalopram for a long period of time like 3 months right?
I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!! im scared...

I have a toothache in a back bottom tooth. What can I do to help alieve the pain? I have taken Ibprofen, alieve, tylenol, excedrin, and asprin. My tooth is not absessed. I think the gums are swollen. Also, I have an earache on the same side. Could it be that both are hurting each other or is one causing the other? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
