The Zofran you're taking is enough. Ignore the advice to go out and buy an OTC antiemetic. Zofran IS an antiemetic, a prescription antiemetic.
The BRAT diet (Bananas, plain steamed Rice, Applesauce and dry Toast) is the standard diet we recommend for diarrhea.
Now that you're not vomiting (congratulations!), introduce a soft, bland diet as tolerated. Soups other than c. noodle are fine, turkey or chicken slices (no beef), scrambled eggs, mashed potatos, applesauce or pudding, water or juice, ginger ale, etc. The meals should be small but can be frequent - 4 to 6 instead of 3. If you can keep this type of food down for 24 hours, you get to eat the Fudgsicle.

Hi there.
White saltine-type crackers are best. You can also try a banana or a slice of bread. Keep it light and mild, even when the vomiting stops.
I don't know about the fudgesicles. I personally would not like chicken noodle when I am vomiting because it can be greasy and not sit well on the tummy.
Be sure to drink plenty of fluids so you do not become dehydrated--water (regular or SmartWater is a good choice because of the electrolytes), or ginger ale to help comfort your stomach.
Just don't over do it. Take it slow!
I hope you are feeling better soon.

Go to the store (or have someone go for you) with a pharmacy and ask for an ANTI-EMETIC. A common one is Emerol. This will stop your nausea and vomiting alltogether so hopefully you can eat!
I would reccomend the BRAT diet. Bananas, Rice, Apples, (browned) Toast. They teach us BRAT diet in my med school.
follow this:
Start eating hard candy like jolly ranchers or suck on ice chips or TINY TINY sips of gatoraide SIX hours after you stop vomiting. A couple hours after that if you don't feel sick move on to BRAT. By the next day eat light foods if you still don't feel sick. By 2 days time move on to regular eating. If at any time you vomit, start the cycle over!
Stay away from hard to digest foods like the chicken and stay away from milky foods like your ice cream popsicles. These will make your stomach even more uneasy.
Watermelon will have too much sugar. You want to be as easy on the stomach as possible! Remember...BRAT Diet.

I am a health teacher so this is sort of an easy question for me to answer. Try drinking tea w.o anything in it, also try crakers but about half a sleve. Now it depends on your side effects but if you could make an egg w.o its yoke and add very little salt and whisck it around then just put it on the stove on about 5 for 2 min or until its about good looking. So maybe if you could to try some fruit like apples oranges grapes or citris fruits. Hope you feel better.

rule of thumb, use the BRAT diet when sick.1st 12 hours broth,2nd 12 hours rice,3rd 12 hours applesauce 4th 12 hours toast. avoid dairy products excpt yogurt first few hours,do not eat the fudgecicles unless you plan on vomiting again. the above BRAT diet can be used every 6 hours as well, just don't go over board with it or you will defeat its purpose.
