i really need to lose weight by april first. what can i do??? i dont want to buy diet plans, i just want to lose it the natural way. is this possible?? what can i do??? HELP ME!!!

I'm extremely self conscious about my legs. I run sometimes, and I play softball. I'm also 5'9" and in pretty good shape. But my dad has huge calves, and so do I. It makes me feel shorter, fatter, and less attractive. Opinions?

I have recently developed red blotchy patches in the middle of my chest. They are small, and don't itch or feel dry or elevated (swollen). Its just a discoloration. This is the only place I have it. What in the world is it? And should I be worried?

I received a line drive from a baseball right into my left eye. It swelled immediately and my left nostril was bleeding. I was coughing and spitting up blood when this happened. I have had nosebleeds but never spit up blood.My eye is still very swell and I noticed I am still coughing up blood here and there. But there are some clear phlegm too. I got hit 6 hrs ago and the spitting blood here and there is scaring me. I didn't want to scare my kids so I stayed home and put them to bed..Can someone help me? Is this normal??

but i did check my blood sugars 2 hours after i ate, it was 72 I have the shakes, nausea, head ache, all the symptoms of low blood sugar,, my doctor said I have high blood sugar, not one time today did it get over 123that was after a sweet roll, then I felt normal,,,2 hrs later it is 72 and i feel shakey,,,what in the world is going on

im 16 m, i took antibiotics a few hours ago for a cold which was prob not needed. i have very burny diarrhea but my but crack has been sore and burny irritated for a week or more,it also has little bits of blood on paper just a smude. just enough so it is seen if you look close enough. also i have had for the past few years painful SEVERE abdominal cramps that come and go and eventually make me diarrhea every 30 min. and come and go bouts last for 3-5 hrs and these bouts happen about once a month or sometimes not for 2 or three mo. what could all this be it isnt related but i am worrying about all. and what can i do to relieve buring in my butt crack thanks

im only 37 ive been to the dr. and it is early menepause i am taking vitamin B complex and B6 and evening primrose oil along with a daily multi vitamin

my 8 year old brother has had, since he was about 2 years old, pains in his feet during the night, it's not every night, somtimes every few days, sometimes, every few weeks, somtimes every few months. sometimes, they're also/or in his lower legs, somtimes they're in one leg/foot, sometimes both.
often they happen after a day when he's done alot of exercise, he will wake up in the night, or somtimes even before he goes to sleep and complain of pain, the only thing that sometimes helps is for someone to rub his feet. we've tried asking him what kind of pain it is, and whether it's jsut cramps, he says it's like a burning, but he can't explain or describe much else.
does anyone have any idea what is and have you ever heard of something similar??

I have had diarrhea twice today. I'm not really sure why...I'm guessing either it's the espresso I had this morning (it was made with artificial sugar, which has not agreed with me before) or maybe a stomach bug? My mom said she felt sick to her stomach yesterday and thought she had a bug but she didn't vomit or have diarrhea or anything. I was careful to stay out of close contact with her so I wouldn't be exposed. She feels fine today..but now l have had those bouts and am wondering what it could be. Could the espresso caused it or did I catch what she had and show different symptoms?

About 5 years ago, I developed these reddish blisters in the form of circles on my fingers. They will pop up about once a month and blister. Then about 4-5 days later the circles will spread out and eventually dissapate leaving dead skin which I peel off. These things creep me out, reminds me of ringworm. Anything I can do to get rid of them?

Sometimes I and happy and my life seems to be going great. Then, 15 minutes later I feel like I am going to flood the room with tears. After that, I get so mad I feel like I could kill myself.
