There isn't a sanitary napkin that prevents infections--at least not as far as I know. Just make sure that you change your pad often, wash yourself up as often as you can and carry around some baby wipes.

sanitary napkins don't cause bacterial infections. most genital bacterial infections come from STDs. it is unlikely that you'd even get yeast infections from pads, unless you're wearing them for way too long.

try rite aid pharmacy look at the selection of stayfree maxi pads i think you will find what you need there.good luck.

there isn't such a thing. You just need to make sure to change your pad often.
