Most techno/electronica music has few or no words (which I guess would make it "clean"), and by definition has a great workout beat.
If you want not just clean, but morally enhancing, there is some Christian techno out there, too (Andy Hunter is one artist I know of).
I'll bet iTunes could easily provide you with enough material to last 3 miles!

well it seems from your name that youre a girl so im gonna suggest cheerleading music. lol i used to cheer & i have my camp cds that i always listen to while i do the eliptical machine at my house. it pumps me up & motivates me. actually makes me wanna dance too haha

i love to run to thriller by micheal jackson cause i kind of dance to it to. its fun. i like older disco songs they make me laugh and not concintrate on my running. i hope i helped
