Well first off you don't need to go on a diet to lose weight, you need to make a permanent life style change. I will give you a few tips on how to get healthy and fit and keep that way. first off drink lot's of water, no less than 2 quarts a day. Drink no soft drinks!!! read labels on what you eat, make sure you consume no high frouctose corn syrup, that stuff makes you fat and it's in almost all sweet stuff, such as ketchup and syrup. drink 2 glasses of milk a day, perferably low fat to skim. make sure you take a muliti vitamin, as well as omega 3 or fish oil. sleep atleast 7 hours a night, no smoking or drinking. spread your meals out to 5-6 meals a day at around 3 hours a peice. consume enough calories but not too many, i don't know your height or weight or activity level so i cant really give you an acurate answer on calorie count. eat your fruits and veggis remember fruits have lots of sugars so limit intake to early in your day. after 6 pm eat mainluy only protien food sources. those are a few nutritional tips. make sure you do strength training atleast 3 times a week, and cardio 3 times a week. do yoga everyday to increase flexability and well being. you want to do arobic exercise as well as anarobic exercise. most important remember carbs aren't bad, and anyone who says they are does not know anything about health or fitness. i hope this helps, and if you have detailed questions feel free to hit me up.

I have tried so many diets I could write my own book, the best one for me and that helped stay slim was herbalife. if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I think I just paid the postage, but for what I got it was well worth it. You have to go to my health abc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

It's best not to eliminate entire groups of foods, they may work short term but your body needs those food groups and once you try to add them back, you gain back the weight.

If you have the extra cash, eDiets has an awesome selection of diets, the best of which seems to be their own. They provide you a huge range of recipes, easy to make and they include everything so you don't feel lik eyou're depriving yourself of anything. It's nice and balanced and keeps you full. I tmight be worth it ti sign up even for just one month to see what portions and balance are like so you have a reference for yourself.

The diet we chose tends to be low cal, low fat, very few refined carbs, some healthy whole grains, high protein and fiber

My friend and I had great success on ediets. Good luck.

your best diet is one that you can make into a life style. Best way is lowering you carb intake depending on what u are doing for the day. There are certain foods to that you would want to stray away from too high fats, white rice bread to name a few. On your workout days it would be raised to adjust for the needed extra calories. Eating health after you have lost your weight is best bet. there is a whole calculation to it email me jamar1288@yahoo.com for more info.

Ephedra diet pills are scientifically proven to melt fat and raise metabolism without diet or exercise. I would recommend the Black Ice ephedra even though they have more of a selection with free shipping:

you will have a factor if it wasn't a fact that the beef animals eat extra of the flowers than the human beings do. "once you think approximately that for the hassle-loose non vegetarian, a million animal dies for the production of 500lbs of protien contained in one in each and every of those beef or beef, and that 500,000 animals (in general bugs) die for the production of 500 lbs of plant based protien (soybeans = soy = tofu, or any others)"----please latest a hyperlink to be certain your figures.
