i'm a surgical intern.
today i removed a pilondial cyst from a 18 year old. they are rashy looking, have puss, and blood leaking from them, and yes they hurt. they occur because of ingrown hairs between your buttocks.
though extremely rare in peple your age, you may have irratable bowel syndrome.
you need to have this examined. i recommend a general surgeon.
best of luck~

One of the best things you can do for a irritated butt crack is to use baby diaper ointment. I highly recommend Aveeno Diaper Rash Cream in the baby department of your store. If you can't get to the store soon if you have vaseline and cornstarch you can try that as well. But in the long run the Aveeno is better.
Your severe cramps and diarrhea that re occur need to be spoken about to a doctor, you may have Irratable Bowel Disease or Chrohns, there is treatment than can be helpful for both of these diseases. Since there is only tiny bits of blood on the paper I doubt we are talking about colon cancer, but you could have a polyp. Any changes in bowel habits should be discussed with your doctor as soon as possible.
Don't suffer in silence please speak to your doctor so you can get treatment.

Try A&D Ointment that you can buy at almost any drug store chain or at Wal-Mart. Get the original brown color not the white medicated kind like baby rash ointment. I've used this and it helps. Good luck! Sometimes when my son doesn't bathe everyday like he should he gets a itchy butt crack! So don't limit your baths.

runny wast will make the walls of your anus irritade and itchy then they will swell like hemeroids..take a couple of hot showers a day pay special attention to the inflicted area when you clean.use trip antibiotic ointment or a hemeroid cream but they have an odor so id start with the trip cream, just like diaper rash just apply with finger or a cotton tip..see if that helps as for the reocouring diarrhea watch what you eat maybe keep a log and see ifts a food allergy, you may have gastro intestinal""however its spelld diorder or ulcers,or even a tape worm,,if it persits it can lead to,dehidration and blood suger dropping, malnutrishan b carfulle,if you do any druggs pay attention you may be allergic to them..it happens..

You need to be tested for Crohn's disease ASAP. In the meantime rub some zinc ointment on your behind. You can buy it at a drug store. The stuff for diaper rash is also very good for your butt.

Talk to a doctor or the school nurse. It could be very serious like cancer of the colon or something. It may be difficult, but you gotta have it checked out.

This could be related to your period, although that doesn't explain the blood. The blood could be a sign of hemorroids or colon cancer. I strongly suggest you see a doctor.
