I want to get a little thinner and loose 5-10 lbs but I don't have any equipments. What are some of the exercises that i can do at home to get a firmer over-all effect? Thanks!
p.s. I'm 23,162cm and 110 lbs, if this helps.

I know it sounds crazy but I used to work out to them every day, and have never looked better than I did back then.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

The best exercese to lose weight is a good cardio routine. You have to get your heart rate up enough that you can burn the fat stored in your body. Jogging is one way to do this. Here is a good article on exercise.

in losing all over body weight diet is key....go on a diet.

I don't know what diet would be right for you though.

calesthetics will improve your body too but you won't weight without dieting.
