Go talk to your doctor but it's a common symptom of diabetes

The three things I'm thinking of are bladder infection, diabetes and interstitial cystitis (IC), though it could be a number of other things. The first can easily be treated with antibiotics. The other two are treated with regular medication.

If this has been ongoing for a good period of time, it is most likely one of the latter two, but if it just started, it's probably the first. Either way, go to your doctor; he/she can run blood tests to check for diabetes and a urinalysis to check for a bladder infection. If those show up negative, you may want to see a urologist to see about IC.
