It's only 15 days away so there isn't really anything that you can do to lose a dramatic amount of weight. In 15 days, by natural means, I imagine you could probably lose no more than 5 LBS. How? Balance your diet, exercise, drink alot of water and rest. That's easier said than done.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Depends on how much you want to lose. But what worked for me was really easy but you just have to make sure you don't do this long term. It is similar to the Atkins diet but not really a diet. You basically eat no more than 20 carbs a day for one week. Then for 3 weeks (no more than 5 weeks) you eat 60 carbs a day. Walk or exercise during this time and eat lean meats and cheeses. My husband lost 50lbs in 8 weeks doing this and I lost 30lbs. Hope this helps!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
I found this on this website. There are more tips and info.
there's a video on success fitness too.

I have been working on getting in better shape myself. I had good results with running daily. In addition to running, I lifted weights. I started with light weights (3 lbs --> 5 lbs --> 10 lbs. --> 20 lbs. ---> now i'm on 25 lbs) and high numbers of reps with several pounds of weight. This made my arms more toned. I do lots of pushups which has given me bigger pectorals and grown my arm and back muscles as well as toning my stomach. I would highly suggest running. In addition to working out, I would watch what you eat. It isn't to hard to have 3 pieces of pizza rather than 5. Have a salad instead of a burger. Drink water rather than pop. (water over pop really makes a difference I drank all water for a month and my skin was healthier and I lost weight).

Do what I do - get a plan that tells you what to do every day and do what it says. Nothing else. Don't think too much about it- just follow it each day!
I am not that great at keeping up to date with my progress so I use a online service (from menshealth). It helps me chart my progress and keeps me up to date on how much I should lift each time and what exercises to do. They have a diet plan too, though I haven't used it. It lets you schedule workouts around your schedule, and your diet around what you like to eat.
My fiancee used the program below for women- please bear with me, I am just going to cut and paste their quote from the site - she has been able to keep her weight off and looks better than ever... you can always try out the free trial (link below) - good luck!
"Jillian's hardcore exercise routine is customized for your body, your needs, and your goals. Her online program will teach you excellent exercises, how to break bad habits, and the right foods to eat for your body type. Let Jillian help you shed pounds, increase energy, and get fit--finally! Ephedra diet pills are scientifically proven to melt fat and raise metabolism without diet or exercise. I would recommend the Black Ice ephedra even though they have more of a selection with free shipping:
