I have little bumps, whiteheads on Penis it doesn't hurt and they're not like pimples they are very small they are increasing and im a virgin ... what does this mean.

Depending on your age, not that you gave much information, it could mean a number of things. First of all, did you mean your actual penis as in shaft and head, or the general penis area. If it is above the shaft area, this is usually how hair starts growing. If it is on the shaft or head itself, it could be a bacterial infection that you might need to get checked out. Feel free to write me and ask more, but that's about all I can say for now.

It is probably acne a.k.a. white heads down there.Buy a gentle soap and try and keep the area clean. Skin that is slightly moist for any reason and is in a warm location will grow bacteria. So try and keep it clean and wait it out for a few weeks. If that dosen't work, see a doctor

Sounds like normal sebaceous glands that become prominent at puberty.

i am no doctor but my guess is that they are pearly penile papules.
