if i power walk evermoring will i loose weight? how long should i power walk for????

Walk for at least one hour a day for optimal results.

If you don't have one hour, try 2 30-minute walks.

If you want to lose weights, then you need to add more activities throughout the entire day, plenty of rest, and enough sleep.

If you can't do more activities then just get plenty of rest and enough sleep, if you can't do more activities and get enough sleep then just get plenty of rest.

Focusing on a short exhausting activity even if it just power walking will not work in the long run for losing weight.


It should be noted that there's always some weights that you can't lose with activities, reduced eating, and enough sleep.

absolutely. if u get ur heart rate up, you will be burning calories at a good rate. also it is important to keep in mind that distance is the key. it doesnt matter if u walk, power walk, or run one mile, u still burn the same amount of calories. however, boosting ur heart rate with a faster pace burns more fat and also increases ur cardio fitness level.
