You have probably strained your back in some way. I would suggest that you ask mom for some pain relievers, like ibroprofen or naproxsyn (Advil or Aleve) and tell her what is going on with your back. You don't say exactly where the pain is, so I can't be specific as to exercise. But you might try to do some gentle stretching exercises like yoga. Look up some exercises for the back on the 'net and follow them very carefully and do them slowly at first until you get some relief. The back cracking is not really bad for you, you are just stretching some of the muscles and ligaments and it obviously is giving you some very temporary relief.

don;t crack ur back, i am 14 too and my doctor tells me that when you crack any part in ur body u are asking for arthritis when u get older, but what i do to relieve my pain is either use a cream called :biofreeze, its this lime green creme which cools and soothes any type of pain or just go to a chiropractor he can fix the pain up.. and this cream if anything only costs about 6 to 7 dollars at a local store, it smells like peppermint. hope this helps

Well,u to young for back pains. Could be something serious. Try taking something for gas. Try some tums and see if that helps. When u get gas sometimes it will be in the back. And as u turing, moving the gas some where eles it will give u relief probably for a minute or 2. But try something for gas and see if that helps. Try rubing something like Iccy Hot or alcohol on your neck and pack as well. Placing something warm on the area.

Don't crack your back. It's true what people say. It might feel stiff for a while, but it will get better. Be sure to drink lots of water and get plenty of rest. That's it.

Tell your mom about this. She may want to give you some Motrin. If it keeps up, make an appointment to see your doctor. It could even be that your back muscles are tight. A hot shower or bath may help that condition. Hope that you're better soon.

First and foremost, STOP CRACKING YOUR BACK AND NECK!! You are probably causing more damage to yourself than help. Go to a gym or ask a gym instructor about some exercises to strengthen your back and neck muscles. You can cause irreparable damage "cracking your back and neck"

Please tell a parent. It could be anything from gas to pinched nerve, bulging disc, anything. An anti-inflammatory such as Motrin may help. Heating pad. You really need to see a doctor. I would see my GP before going to a chiro. There are somethings a chiro cant fix.
Feel better soon
