Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

There is no easy way to lose 50 pounds.
you have to eat very healthy, stuff such as salads and chicken, healthy stuff, you might want to see a nutrionist.
also exercise almost every day for 45 minutes.
keep on doing that and the weight will come off pretty quickly.

I just read about this 18-yr old who calculated in her diary as to how to lose 30 pounds in a week...or was it a month...? According to her calculations, she'd have to only eat 600 calories a day, avoiding greasy foods, sugars, fats (of course), and even bananas...not sure about that. This young girl was an anorexic however, and unfortunately died not too soon thereafter. Please don't choose anorexia as your solution.

Not. To be serious, a smart weight loss program should take about 5 to 6 months to make sure the weight stays off

ggo running everyday but not excessive but just enough to feel good. then eat helthier and then in about 2 weeks ull see a big difference but u have to keep running or else urr body will just gain more wieght if u descide to stop ...

CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO!!!!! i like to go to suana to sweat out the sodium and toxins in my body. i like to run/jog/ power walk for about 30-40 min. plenty of water and personally i wear a sweater so i can sweat

I rather not say.... because this board should be about giving healthy advice so I will say this... exercise must match eating right...it has to be both..
