i have fat thighs. the rest of my body doesnt really match it. i dont have a very fat upper body, and i look terrible in a bikini with my fat legs!!!! any tips on how to slim them down??? ( no surgery)

On Sunday, I was 2 weeks from starting my next period when I suddenly started. It looked more like how it does at the end of your period. It was light with dark brown blood, which is very weird. I always start and bleed red heavily. By Monday, it was still dark brown. I thought it would pick up, so I put in a super plus tampon. I took it out 4-6 hours later, and barely anything was on it....and the blood on there was completely black. There was no clotting. I didn't put any more tampons in and I've just been wearing pads. On Tuesday, it started to pick up with some clots....but it's still not right. It has not been nearly as heavy as it usually is and it's already almost stopped and my periods last 7 days. I have had sex recently, but I have been using condoms. One time we didn't use a condom but it was only for a min. and I'm not on b.c. 1 Could I get TSS from the tampon incident? 2 Could I be preg.? 3 Should I be concerned w/ black blood and this period?

I just had my son in Jan. and i really wantto loose the weight i gained and more. i'm sick and tired of still wearing my maturnity pants b/c my thighs are too big for my old clothes. What kind of exercise can i do easily with my baby that will show results fast? Any advice will be greatly appreciated

I'm 2 weeks late, my tubes are tied and was wondering just maybe...but I don't know the symptoms. Are they the same as regular pregnancy symptoms? This is the first time I've been late since my tubes were tied so I'm concerned. Anyone know?

I currently haven't had my period for about 6 months, I am 15 years old and I went to my endicronologist and she prescribed me a low-estrogen birth control pill which I will take for about 2 months.
I was wondering if there were any other side effects besides blood clots and increasing side effects with smoking.
Also, if I do take it, and if you had an experience similar to mine, did it help? or not?

I really don't want to take the pills because any pill consumed, especially a hormonal pill is not natural or healthy, but I have to and if you have any suggestions to increase my confidence, please do so. and thank you

I found jumping up and down my bed is a great workout and its fun too. Just jump up and down for at least 7 minutes or more if you want and it works.

Its especially great for trying to tone your legs and get them back in shape.
You should try it!

He has a treatment. He was given blood thiners so it could thin his blood so the blood clots disappear. He saids that when he brushes his teeth or he walks 4 blocks he gets tired. He is 67 years old. Will he live long? He already had a mild heart attack 9 months ago. I have him in a healthy diet.

I'm not much of a junk-food addict I don't believe. Sure, I eat plenty of sweet stuff but most of it is healthy. Last year, I ate choco chip waffles for breakfast every single morning, but this year I usually eat cereal with banana slices, a waffle and a banana/apple, and for lunch, I eat a PB&J sandwich, a fruit, and some sort of snack. Recently, though, I was recommended to gain weight by several doctors (to get up to 95 to 100) and right now I'm probably around 87 pounds. Yet, I don't want to eat too much junk. What are some healthy snacks I can enjoy fully but not feel guilty about?

I was an active basketball player when I was younger and would constantly sprain my ankles. I would sprain the right more often. Now I can always tell when I'm about to ovulate cause I would get shooting pains in my right ankle. Is that actually feasibly possible.

I been having a horrible discomfort down there. Painful itching, I've gotten a bump or too in the past but it wasn't Herpes similar. I went to the doctor, have him take a look and he pretty much took a sample of my secretion, he said I'm ok. Tests came back "normal" gave me pills for allergies and it got better after I finished the treatment. Then it came back...I'm truly worried and I think this doctor thinks Im exaggerating. I've been with my bf for about a year and he's gotten tested and he's ok. Would a blood test resolve my question?
