I found jumping up and down my bed is a great workout and its fun too. Just jump up and down for at least 7 minutes or more if you want and it works.

Its especially great for trying to tone your legs and get them back in shape.
You should try it!

Don't hit your head on the ceiling tho!! Be careful not to jump TOO high! Great suggestion, tho! Good job!

I remember I used to always jump on my bed. Maybe thats why my legs are as toned as they are now. Thats sweetness.
