I was an active basketball player when I was younger and would constantly sprain my ankles. I would sprain the right more often. Now I can always tell when I'm about to ovulate cause I would get shooting pains in my right ankle. Is that actually feasibly possible.

In Reflexology, the ankle represents your reproductive system, so yes, this could make perfect sense

seeing a reflexologist could help you find temporary or even permanent relief. just make sure to see a qualified reflexologist, not someone like me who just took 10 hours of it in school and only has a rudimentary knowledge of it... good luck!

I know of no relationship between ankle pain and ovulation. One has nothing to do with the other. However, since you have injured your ankle in the past, it's not uncommon for the pain to flare up now and then. Whatever pain ovulation causes is generally in the pelvic area and has nothing to do with your ankles. If the two occur at the same time, it's probably mere coincidence. Your ankles are probably weak, and things like stress, weather conditions, etc., will cause a recurrence of the pain.
