I have heavy bleeding and pain from small fibroids. My doctor does not want to take them out at this time. He prescribed continuous birth control use (for 3 months) as a way to help me deal with the pain and bleeding. If you have tried this, what was your experience??

Let me start with a little background of my life right now. I am married to my husband and have been fr coming up on two years now, our relationship was rough in the beginning but is great now. We have been trying to have a baby for quite some time now, and due to my health problems, may not be able to! In fact have been told that we maybe shouldn't even try, but haven't ruled it out yet! Anyway, he is adament about his OWN child-not adoption or whatever, his child, but is adament to have a child-he's the only grandson on either side, etc!
With that being said, I had this dream last night, but have had similar ones in the recent past. It was where we had split up-divorced and then remarried, but were still friends, oddly enough. In fact he and his new wife and their children were meeting me and my new hubby and his children for a bbq at my new home. We were all good friends and joked about things and seemed to be having fun!

I'm looking for a fruit that would help me fill my stomach that doesn't give much calories. Its not really substituting my main meal, but more of being a "lid" in the sense that when I would like to eat a little more, I'd rather eat some of those fruits rather that another half cup of rice or so...

Ones such as this? http://www.jjbsports.com/jjbec/-/ae/72401701/

How do they work what do they actually do to you?

Would they work if you're already in good shape but just want to look a bit toned, are they worth buying? Anyone any experience using them before?

I am suffering from quite bad anxiety attacks at the minute and was wondering if anyone had any sensible tips on how to handle an attack when it happens, I am trying really hard to overcome them they are worse when I feel tired, I dont want to take medication I try to take deep breaths which does help, some days I feel great and feel I can do anything and other days when i feel low I have noticed these attacks are worse, my main fear is fainting when I have my young children with me or freaking out and making a fool of myself in public i know i'm feeling stressed as i have 5 children but these attacks started when one of my children had an accident last year he fell from my upstairs bedroom window luckily he was ok but this left my nerves in tatters! I feel like i have no confidence left as i used to be such a strong character, i'm going away soon for a weekend away with my friend but the thought of evem getting on a plane terrifies me and rather than looking forward im dreading it!

I told my physio that I was allergic to the tape that she wanted to use to strap my foot. She pooh poohed me and said that I was attention seeking.

Result is now a "burn" covering all the surface which was taped which has to be dressed daily but now we find I am allergic to all the tapes used ie micropore, mefix ...... any suggestions for strapping and holding dressings in place? I have the same problem when they put drips into my arms - skin breaks down within a day! Help please.

I know the only way to lose weight sucessfully is healthy eating with increased exercise over a sustained period of time so i am not looking for any quick fix solutions.

However! I am also looking into products that aid weight loss as part of a healthy lifestyle as mentioned.

If you have personal experiance with diet pills or patches and can vouch for them working - or not as the case may be - can you please let me know which ones they are.

I have seen a Diet Patch advertised and was wondering if it was worth trying. I would really like to hear from people who have actually tried these weight loss supplements and for their opinion.

Thanks.

I got my period for the first time about ten days after my 12th birthday, and continued to get them every month on the 28th until my 14th birthday.

First, they started coming earlier (around the 10th) and they only lasted a three days. Then they started coming around the 2nd and only lasted one day or two at the most. I had large gaps inbetween periods. And now, for the past three months I haven't had anything!

I'm NOT sexually active.
