YES YES YES YES , PLS before you do any type of gym work and your pregnant seek your doctors approval b4 you continue. it can be very dangerouse for the baby(S) and places alot of strain on you. pls take care.

Strenuous exercise during preganancy can definetly cause a miscarriage...when you are pregnant you are limited to the type of exercises that you can do. Your doctor will tell you not to lift more than 5 pounds and to do low impact exercises. Walking is also safe to do, but before you do any kind of exercises please talk to your doctor first :)

Talk to your doctor about what kind and how much exercising you can and should do if you are pregnant in order not to cause complications.
