I have gained 20 pounds over the past 6 months. I am now scared for my health. I desperately need to lose the weight and get back in shape. I will start my workout routine Monday. Anyway long story short, I am seeking advice about over the counter diet pills on the market (nothing sketchy, something legitimate that I could buy at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. I am looking for something that will help jump start my metabolism. I plan to take them for no more than 30 days. Ideally, I would like to take off the weight within 6 weeks. Then continue to work and sculpt my body back into shape. Thanks in advance for the advice.

My girls 14mths and 3years suffers from Ecezma so bad that the skin bled from the constant scratching. They have seen the best Doctor in our country and was given steroidal cream Fortocort. I noticed the skin improved but weeks later flare up again n became worse. I heard from friends boiled water and soaked Bittergourd was good so I took the effort to make sure all their bath water are cooked with bittergourd... there was small improvement though but I was just wondering is there any other way around to cure this terrible condition.

I have been working out the last month or so. I have lifting a lot more with my pectorals especially. A week ago I noticed a lump had formed in my left pec, barely left of my nipple. Anyways, I am pretty sure that this lump didn’t exist before a month ago and since I stopped working out my pecs last week it has not gone away. Is there anybody who could give me better insight into this? I am a 21 year old white male 180lbs if that helps.Thanks! -Devin

Im at the point where I want to try the surgical weigh loss using the stomach band, more of a non evasive alternaticve to reconstructing my stomach to a small pouch. I need to know if anyone out there has had this procedure and what I can expect. I have heard good things like the weight loss, and bad things like being sick, having to take expensive suppliments, hunger, being on liquids only for a time, and diarreah, vomiting and having to take a long period off work for aftercare. What was your experience, would you reccommend it, how soon can I go back to work (desk job). Tell me the worst thing I can expect, other than death. I need to hear it from somebody who has actually done this, and yes I have visited the web sites, but want to hear real life real people experience. I am 48 and need to lose about 140 pounds. What was it like ? Was it really bad, or was it not as bad as some would say ? Were you starving having to eat so little ? How long to adjust to the eating pattern ?

Ok...I just got up from talking on the phone (btw its like 3AM) and I went to go get on the computer...I sat down in the chair and all of a sudden my foot start hurting internally REALLY bad..Kinda've like it was asleep but it was only in a small area...I felt and checked my toes and they were FREEZING as usual...but then I check that spot and it was REALLY hot...so I checked the rest of my foot and it was cold too...What has happened to that one area in my foot?!
