I am a girl in my late teens and have been discovering the sudden growth of hair on my body, especially on the breast area and also around the belly button. Is it alright?

There are some thyroid disorders (they can cause hormonal problems) that can cause unusual hair growth, I would get it checked out by a doctor, if it is that it needs treated with RX.

I would talk to your mom as well, and also because of your concern check with a dr to be on the safe side.

if its finer than your arm hairs then its pretty normal. waxing hurts but will help diminish it. but if u r concerned c ur doc
