My aunt sent my mom and I both a magnetic wrist band. She said it helps for arthritis, fybromyalgia, stress and fatigue. Has anyone used these before? Do they really work?

I'm into a slimming program right now. But the problem is I don't get to eat any food except for fruits and vegetables. The slimming program is all about just drinking a chocolate drink and a coffee 3x a day. And you just have to drink plenty of water when you wanted to eat. The problem is when i get to exercise, I began to feel to thirsty every minute and my head is aching. So how can i exercise for 30 mins if I feel weak all the time?

Can u say that it's like starving?

I live in a very loud neighborhood in a popular college town in FL... so i use ear plugs every night to avoid the noise and sleep peacefully. Is it safe on my ears? I change them like every 3-5 days but i'm afraid that it could cause some type of damage to my ears. Am i more prone to ear infections? Please let me know because i've searched online and there's little information on the long term use of ear plugs. I think ear plugs are a lot better than sleeping pills. Thanks!

In my dream I was sleeping and my sister told me to wake up because I was bleeding & having an aneurysm. I was laying on my right side & felt rushing pressure on the left side of my head, like it was rushing from my ear up. Is it possible that I really did have an aneurysm? Or was it just a headache?

I have had a heart arrythmia since early summer of last year,it was brought on by anxiety from death of a loved one which lead to chest pains,several trips to ER,a $2000 medical bill for my dad and a appoitment with a pediatric heart specialist.They all say Im fine.I get tired real easy and I cant run from one end of house to the other without my heart going at least a pulse of 160.Its crazy,I feel that one day Im gonna be at school or at a convienence store getting a slurpie and im gonna feel my frequent chest pains and they wont go away and Im going to black out fall to the ground and die.I know its a scary thought but I feel its the truth.my arrthmia is real but I know for a fact alot of people have them,sometimes its serious medical emergency other times people have them for life.its been about 9 months since my first symptoms and nothing serious has happened.which leads to my question.

Do I have to pass out at least once to know for sure im going to die?

I notice there are times my tummy so big, even i didnt eat, then, the next day its flat. Sometimes my friends teased me if im pregnant? Then, the next day, they will wonder its flat again? I take my balance diet and im not fat person.

Basically, I went on WebMD and after answering some questions I came to the conclusion that I'm at high risk for depression... But I don't want to jump to conclusions and be like, "I'm depressed... I am very poor lady, and my husband Ramkumar Banerjee,died in an accident on 29-12-2003 leaving behind two small children and a dilapidated house. My relatives are also middle class & are not in a position to help me financialy.I am 40 years old & practically managing my livelihood in with great difficulty. Both my children are school going and managing their tution fees with help of others.
My both the kidneys are damaged & for checkup i had been to Vellore. They advised TRANSPLATATION of one of my kidney. I would therefore of nowhere.
I have heard that there many NGO's who helps the distress people in such circumstances. Will anyone please help me by letting me know the names of few NGO who could help me and save my life. I NEED HELP DESPERATELY.
