you may have an infection and need to get check
you may be right it may not be an STD but something
else men have normal health problem too
just like women

Could be just the way you smell, dude. Or it could be a yeast infection.

it may be the smell of your nut. Some semen is stronger smelling than others. try drinking more water

If you are sure that it's not a STD then try changing your diet and see if that helps. If it doesn't then go see your doctor better safe then sorry.
