In my dream I was sleeping and my sister told me to wake up because I was bleeding & having an aneurysm. I was laying on my right side & felt rushing pressure on the left side of my head, like it was rushing from my ear up. Is it possible that I really did have an aneurysm? Or was it just a headache?

It was just a dream. If you had an aneurysm, "had" as in past tense, and it was gone now, it means it burst, and you'd be dead.

An anerusym is a weak spot in a vein, vessel or atery.
Generally when the weak spot ruptures it will bleed uncontrollably and if this aneyrsym is in your head or in your abdomen, unless you are on the operating room table at the time it ruptures you will bleed to death and sometimes even if you are on the operating room table when this ruptures it is possible you could still die depending on how big the rupture is and how much blood is lost.
You must have seen a show, learned of someone else's medical problems etc and it coincided with hearing your own heart beating and in the lightness of your sleep your subconscience kinda ran all of this into your dreams.
Yes,it is possible that in the end all of this was related to a headache which you could feel.

An aneurysm is caused by either a disease or an injury. In your previous dream what disease or injury did you have. It was probably a headache.
