don't try home remedies that you aren't familiar with... so asking people on here wasn't the smartest idea.
I swear by differin gel. I apply it before going to bed and within 3-5 days everything is gone. But I had to go to my dermotologist to get an Rx.
Washing your face too often and with the wrong products will dry out your skin and clog pores so don't use soap. Don't use any oily moisturizers and avoid make up if possible. If you absolutely HAVE TO wear make up try to find water based powders/foundations. Mineral Wear is good for the skin.
Clean and Clear is a great OTC brand.

I suggest eating healthier foods and reducing your stress. Drink 7-8 glasses of water a day. Also, wash your face twice daily with salicyic acid in it. I like to use Neutrogena blackhead clearing scrub. Also use a cream or a gel containing either saliycyic acid, sulfur, or benzyonal peroixde in it. You can use both this on the face and the back. All your pimples won't go away, but you will notice a difference in your face and back.

The best way to get rid of acne in the shortest amount of time...without going to the grocery store is this:
You need:
1. Vinegar
2. Microwaveable cup
3. Microwave
4. Cotton balls
5. Acne
1st, take the vinegar and pour it into the microwaveable cup. Microwave the vinegar in the microwave for about 1 to 2 maybe even 3 minutes. (the vinegar needs to be hot, not warm, HOT). Take it out, and dip a cotton ball into it, squeeze off any excess vinegar, and wipe your infected area. For best results, after wiping, hold the cotton ball in an area where it is infected most. Hold it there for about 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat. and make sure the vinegar is HOT. Do not wash off until morning; this is a before-bed treatment.

Breathe.
You can't get rid of acne in a few days. The most you can do is cover it with make up.
P.S. Change your diet. Acne is your face's way of telling you, you aint feeding me right.
