if that is all you eat for the day then no. A female should consume about 30 grams of fat and 1,200 calories a day. A man, a bit more... Remember, your body needs small meals often. Breaking the calories up throughout the day. The calories aren't so bad, but that is a lot of fat for a sandwich!!! Subway's sandwich's are like 7-15 grams of fat... food for thought!

considering you should consume 1500 calories per day you can only eat 2 and a fraction of a third sandwich daily.

Why put all of that fat into your system when you can find so many healthier foods that have 10 grams of fat or less.

I personally LOVE Subway and would choose it over MD/BK any day!

If you do the math, 48% of the calories in that sandwich are from fat. That is really high!

Its not just the fat, its that their is very little fiber, vitamins or minerals in the sandwich.

white bread, minimal vegetables, excess sodium.... all harmful.

get it with no sauce, toss half the bun, add a banana or other fruit.

depends on your fitness & activity level,& your basal metabolic rate.

If you are a cardiovascular freak and run 30 miles per week, not a problem.

if you are a couch potato, not so good.
