I'm thin too. You're from India, right. To become a little fat, you need to start eating protein-rich foods. You're probably vegetarian, so eat animal-vegetarian-friendly products like cheese, drink lots of milk, eat yoghurt, and calcium and potassium-rich foods such as green vegetables, milk again, nuts(imp.), and pulses. Moreover, always do some good exercise 15-20 mins. regularly.

There is such a thing as being under wieght and overwieght, being underweigth is just as seriuos as being overweight.
Firts thing you do is:
1. Join a Gym and do resistance training-free wieghts
2. Start eating 5 meals a day-with carb's and protien
3. Incorporate Mass Builder supplements in your eating
4. Lastly the secret is to REST REST REST!!! Sleep and pleanty of rest increases a persons weight.

dont think that you are thin just forget it if you want to become fat some times you become too fat so just forget it. But if you still want to become fat you should always be eating which you like and has more fats and be sleeping if you do this for a month you will become fat. But as a result it will be a habit for you. So my opinion is you try to eat as much as you can per day.

Being thin is not a problem ! One Should be strong enough to : bear different concequences in life . Afat person has great risks of diabeties , heart-attack ,blood-pressure.So,don't worry ,be happy. Take anice diet ,do exercise,be contented & lead a happy life.........

for you to gain weight try eating a lot of cooked rice, enough sleep, regular eating schedule...and don't skip a meal...and have plenty of rest...if you want a nicer body try also to exercise...
