You do not mention your age, but there will come a time that milk drinking will not help growth

well, noone continue growing after 18-20 for females, 20-22 for males, unless there's some syndroms like acromegaly for example..
but of corse drinking milk help to insure the propriate amounts of calcium for ur bones and also the whole body...
we should add to that, all kinds of food are wanted -not only a specific one- for growth and health,,

What are you talking about? Milk isn't related to growth. You didn't say how old you were or why you thought you had stopped growing.

okay slik, your mom use to tell you that so you would drink your milk.....so now that you are an adult ...you have a choose to either drink your milk or not...its like when...you know what just grow up .......and start drinking some really women milk if u know what i mean...

I've drunk it for over 40 years, two or three glasses a day, but I am not huge. Quit growing around 16.

no. it's just an old saying from our parents to make us drink our milk when we were younger, but it does make our bones stronger.

No, you may have stronger bones and a good amount of calcuim but not a taller body
