Sorry all you will loose with these products is £s not lbs. Look around you if ANY of these things worked would we be getting so overweight?
We are what we eat, but we are at least as much what we don't do. Calorie intakes in 1900 and 1950 were higher than they are now, we just don't use them up!
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg.
Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?
I have seen hundreds of questions with this same pattern :- I am fat, tell me where on line I can get this super diet or herbal/dangerous/illegal drug that I hear will fix it for me in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!
No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.

Yes, they will give you a boost, but usually they will have unpleasant side effects, that are usually what helps you with the weight loss in the first place. The most common of those is diarrhea, because many work by partially blocking fat absorption- and if it's not absorbed, it needs to come out somehow. Herbal mixes and pills on the other hand, tend to act as a diuretic- you'll be running to the toilet every ten minutes to pee- this is especially true for teas, though I think a big part of that might be the sharp increase in the amount of liquids you take in. In any case, you really shouldn't use them unless you are extremely obese and are willing to suffer to decrease your health risk a bit, because the results may be extremely embarrassing, disruptive, and generally bad for your body. On the other hand, you might want to get a cleanse kit from a local health products store- their mixes tend to be less harmful, and if you do a cleanse before a diet, your intestines will work better, and you'll feel better and have more energy. If you do that, consult the store manager to see if you can talk to someone that tried that particular cleanse kit before, for tips on that particular kit.

I don't know about those. But I do know a detox for two weeks will get you on the right track. This gal also suggests lots of natural supplements to aid the body's natural process of flushing fat. Check her out, I saw it in Womens World magazine, on Oprah, and then borrowed her book from the library. She has awesome credentials, and is a successfull no nonsense gal with a good support forum online.
Even just following the dietary plan I kept 30 lbs off after loosing it in 3 weeks! And continued with the whole diet and excersize, but a balanced meal not deprivation

Hi, don't be fooled by any other ways of loosing weight except the " Healthy way" and that is to exercise and eat healthy foods. This is the only good way. It keeps you in good health -check throughout your life, especially concerning your heart which is the vital organ that keeps you alive! The only way to keep your machine going a long way is to take care of it. Other diet ways are short lived and useless believe me.E.g, can u wear a diet patch all your life? ( I wonder)!!Remember,no diet patch will keep your heart strong and pumping but instead the opposite.Be sensible!! I know you have good sense. And don't feed the bank accounts of others with your money that you might not have enough of anyway!!They are cheating you to make their own living.

Don't view diet pills as a miracle weight loss product - but they can help you lose weight. They lend a hand to a healthy diet and exercise program - and will let you lose weight faster mainly by giving you more energy and reducing your appetite. My mother used the ones in the link below - and raved about them. Again though she also started going to the gym and eating healthy - which I am sure helped more than the pills. You can always try them out - see what you think, and see what you think...

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

dont try diet patches. ive heard that theyre arent as safe?
ive heard a lot of stuff about hoodia xpf. i saw it on the news and msnbc. so its pretty credible. and cheap. its some kinda substance from a cactus plant in africa. supposedly works wonders.
but i advise you to exercise. thats the only way to lose weight fast. you can starve yourself, and your body will just adjust to fit that intake. (your metabolism slows down) if you exercise you keep it going and burn calories at the same time.

I've just ordered Xenical over the internet, it's a fat inhibitor. If you google it you can get lots of information and reviews.
I've already asked people about it so if you go to my profile, you can read all the answers.
Good luck!

Thermogenic tablets seem to work quite well.
Try Lean System 7 or Hydroxicut.
Make sure you are ok to take them though they are designed to up your metabolism.
I personally have used both and recommended both to clients and they are good products.
I know of people who used the old formula of thermobol from maximuscle and had good results, not spoken to anyone recently who's tried it though.

The supplements I've tried and worked are the one's with high levels of bitter orange and brindleberry, plus chromium picolinate and green tea. If you stick to fish, chicken, salad, non-starchy vegies and water, with smaller amounts of good fats, such as extra virgin olive oil or avocado, I guarantee you that with minimal exercise, you will lose weight and you won't get flabby, as the high protein content tone the muscle and skin.
