it really is my dream to be a catwalk model.
im 5foot 8 and im almost 16, my dad is tall 6'3 and my mum is 5'6 do you think i will be able to reach 5'9?? or am i tall enough to be a model now? is 5'8 tall enough, if not what is the height limit for runway? im 119 lbs.
please tell me, will i grow and can i be a model?

I would recommend talking to your mom about this as well.
As for tall enough to be a model, yes 5' 8" is probably tall enough for being a model. Some of the models are about 5' 6" but look taller because of the shoes they wear from what I've observed on tv and such.
But pls talk to your mom about this as well and also call a modeling agency to find out what the height limit is for some of the kinds of modeling you want to do after you talk to your mom.

some nyc agencies take girls who are 5'8 so youre in luck but you have to be interesting looking and have a look no one else does..thats unique. youre weight and height sound good but what are your measurements..im 15 years old and a model..im not as tall as you but i just started and hopefully ill grow..send me and email and i can help you out alot! im not sure if youll grow though its up to genetics even if you dont you should be ok to model..but make sure you email me!

5'8 and ur not even 16 yet?? im around that height and im 18. you can be a model if you want, but just dont go anorexic on us ok.

hell yea! it also depends if your self concious.... you have to be able to conect with the camera. I know it may sound harsh you sound very pretty, the hight you're suppose to be is 5''7 and skinny you have both of those qualitys so GO FOR IT!
(most likely you wont grow if your sixteen, but there is a chance, haha good luck hun =])

being a model isnt absolutly all about height. It's about having a unique look and good healthy thin body.

There are short models too. There are other factors to consider such as weight, body tone, skin type, hair type.
