An alcoholic cannot control his drinking even after facing serious consequences & even with best of his intetion. Doctors not knowing his inability due to his disease most of the time advise the patient to limit his drinks. There should be more awareness amongst people and medical fraternity regarding alcoholism.It is a disease and instead of hiding it one should seek help which is available free of cost through Twelvestep programme followed in worldwide fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous.

(Fat-head is seeing my body as it was when it was fat instead of for what it is now)
When I look at a sideview, I just see fat but I know I'm not. I can fit into size 3 pants, which is definately not size 12, like I used to be, yet I can't help but see my old self. How do I get over it? How can I see my body for what it is?

I have to take some medication for my anxiety. I heard that taking medications damaged your liver, is that true? I do not drink much at all. I stopped taking so much advil and stuff like that. if i get a headache i try to live it out. What can I do to help my liver? foods to eat? are vitamins good for it? any info will help :)

I had unprotected sex on Tuesday night, and I was supposed to go into planned parenthood today and get the morning after pill. Well, today was a snow day and now I have no way of getting anywhere. It's a winter storm warning and I can't even get my door open all of the way and there's no way my parents will let me go anywhere since I'm only 16. It's supposed to snow even more tomorrow! I'm freaking out and I really need some advice. I have been trying to quit drinking for years now. I quit for weeks on end But when I go out and drink I get so drunk. I been to aa meetings over and I know thay are good But Let me tell you I feel like they are very clickish. The guys in them Make it a lifestyle. They go on fishing trips ball games. etc. some stay there 25 years!
I am not looking for a club just to quit drinking. It seems like they droped there LIFE TO BECOME A AA MEMBER. BIG CULT.

My bf at the time confided in me that he wanted to commit suicide and has thought this out, he didnt want to be here anymore and did not want to live anymore. I told him he needed professional help and you would even go as far as to make an appt w/ a doctor and go with him. But he declined and only wanted to confide in me. I felt he was genuine and tried to help him. He would tell me every other day that he was going ot go thru with it. Around when he would plan it. Sometimes he would feel so badly, he would hang up the phone and not answer when I called back, made me panick and have anziety attacks. He told me he purchased cianide over the internet. Well, after I helped him and talked him through his "depression", he left me to be with someone else. He was so cold and hurtful to me, how does SOMEONE do this??? Becuase if his behavior, I had to seek a therapist, because I didnt know people like this existed. He seemed like he desperatly needed my help, and now walks around like he was
