Your personal physician for starters. Some hemorrhoids can be treated by him/her. More extensive hemorrhoids are best treated by a proctologist, also listed as a colo-rectal surgeon.

Modern treatment of hemorrhoids is often a lot less extensive and less painful that that of even two decades ago.

I just went to my family doctor for hemarroid. it was painfull and burning. he gave me medicine to rectally insert 2 a day + a cream. and my pain is gone.
just take care of it fast
